Fuel Contamination Solution

FuelActive has revolutionised one of the most overlooked components in engine performance — the fuel pick-up pipe. Our patented technology replaces conventional fuel pick-up systems with an innovative, floating design that ensures only clean fuel is drawn from the top of the fuel level, avoiding the contaminated fuel that settles at the bottom.

By maintaining clean combustion, engines run more efficiently, reducing fuel use and CO₂ emissions while preserving factory-level performance throughout their life cycle.

The Idea Ignites

In 1998, engineer Mike James develops the first prototype after identifying that most fuel-related breakdowns are caused by contaminants within the fuel tank.

From Concept to Company

By 2010, FuelActive Ltd is founded to bring the patented clean-fuel system to market.
