FuelActive Adds Three Strategic Appointments to its Board

FuelActive is excited to announce the appointment of three outstanding new board members: Yvette Henshall-Bell, Mike Pack, and Henry Quan. Each brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and industry insight that will play a vital role in guiding FuelActive’s continued growth, innovation, and global expansion.

Experience & Expertise

Yvette Henshall-Bell joins the board with over 35 years of commercial and leadership experience across the global engineering, construction, power generation, and outdoor power equipment sectors. Her impressive career includes senior roles such as Group Executive Director at JCB and Chief Commercial Officer at Bladon, where she led commercial and operational functions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Yvette currently serves as President of the European Business Unit at Husqvarna and brings exceptional strategic vision and commercial expertise to the FuelActive team.

Mike Pack adds further strength to the board with extensive experience in the construction and aggregate sectors. Best known for his 16-year tenure as President and COO of Cashman Equipment, a leading Caterpillar dealer based in Las Vegas, Mike’s deep operational knowledge and leadership background make him a valuable contributor as we drive growth in key markets.

Henry Quan also brings a distinguished career to the table, having spent over 20 years at Caterpillar Inc. in a range of roles across the US, Canada, and internationally. He went on to serve as COO and President of Quinn Company for 13 years, gaining critical experience in the construction and mining industries. His expertise will be instrumental in supporting FuelActive’s strategy, particularly in North America.
