Product Features
Simple to Install
Installation is relatively non-intrusive and can normally take place while the tank remains on the machine. All that is required is a simple replacement of the current fuel pick-up pipe. Fitting can be completed within 60 minutes in most instances.
FuelActive can be fitted across a multitude of engine types. Our in-house design team can produce a solution specific to your engine tank requirement.
Patented Design
FuelActive’s float design with built-in diffuser reduces localised pressure minimising the disturbance of contamination within the tank. The conventional fuel pick-up design creates a high-velocity disturbance in and around where contaminants settle (see red area).
The only in-tank aftermarket solution, there is not a solution on the market that competes with FuelActive to reduce fuel consumption, reduce breakdowns and prolong filter life.
Independently tested
Independent laboratory testing by Sogefi Filtration Ltd showed that the water/diesel separation efficiency of the FuelActive system exceeded 94 percent, compared with 2.3 percent for the conventional system. The FuelActive fuel pick-up unit delivered fuel that was 92 percent cleaner than the conventional fuel pick-up system.
